Wonder woman Costumes – Tips on Finding Your Hot Halloween Costume

When it comes to Halloween, Wonder Woman costumes are a favorite. Why not make her the star of the Halloween costume party? Even after all these years, she is still extremely popular when it comes to dressing up. Her line of apparel is fun and sexy, suitable for both women and girls of all ages.

It provides the chance for your daughter to transform into an all powerful super hero, who can protect the world. On the other hand, you might be after a Wonder Woman outfit for yourself just for it’s beauty.

This Wonder Woman phenomenon expanded thanks to the TV series back in the 1970s starring Lynda Carter.  It originally came from a 1940s comic but TV made it what it is today. Many women love this attire for dress up because it is a sexy but tasteful.

The outfit

If you are as old as I am ( I’m telling on myself) , you’ll remember the TV series and what she looked like. She would spin around and be transformed into an attractive super heroine.

First of all you have the red corset top with the now famous double “W” written in gold. To match you can either go for the mini skirt or hot pants depending on your taste. Both options will have a blue background with white stars.  This is followed up with some nice sexy red boots, including a distinctive white line, all the way up to the knee.

To complete the Wonder Woman costume you have the cape and gold tiara (with red star).

Getting your costume

You might have some fun putting it together yourself.  There are a few different versions and separate accessories to mix and match. If the costume is for your daughter, this can be an enjoyable experience for both of you. The end result will be a unique costume, but it can be slightly more time consuming to do it this way.

Another option is to find a store where you can rent Wonder Woman Halloween costumes. This can be ideal for your child as she will probably grow out of it for the next year anyway. If it is for yourself, it will provide you the opportunity to try it before you buy. Be forewarned though, the rentals may be more expensive as the quality is usually somewhat better. The reason for this is because the renter has to keep the costumes clean and ready for other costume events throughout the year and for years to come.
